Tacchu is the name of the highest point on Ie Island in Okinawa. In December, the entire second grade spent four days in Okinawa learning about local culture and history. On the third day, they visited Ie Island and stayed for one night with a local family. While there, they climbed Tacchu Mountain to admire the view.
